The SPN AI Assistant (Invite-only custom GPT access)

Training sessions, templates, and supplemental materials

Access to these materials is granted upon payment and subject to the terms outlined below.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content within Strategic Plan Now™, including templates, PDFs, videos, AI prompts, exercises, and guides, is protected by copyright law and remains the sole intellectual property of Ericka Alice Co.

You may use materials internally within your business.

You may not copy, distribute, sell, modify, or share these resources with third parties without prior written permission.

The Strategic Plan Now™ name, logo, and framework are registered trademarks.

Violation of intellectual property rights may result in termination of access and legal action.

4. Program Access & Membership

Enrollment in the $297 program includes:

One (1) individual license per purchase

Access to the Strategic Plan Now™ Community and member trainings

Use of the SPN AI Assistant for strategic planning support

Downloadable materials for personal and business use

Access may not be shared, transferred, or resold. Team Implementors may be granted limited access upon approval by SPN Support ([email protected]).

5. AI Assistant Disclaimer

The Strategic Plan Now™ AI Assistant is an educational and strategic planning tool designed to support clarity and productivity.
It does not replace professional business consulting, legal, or financial advice.
Users are responsible for verifying and validating AI-generated content before implementation.

6. Payments & Refund Policy

All payments are due in full at the time of purchase.
All sales are final. Due to the immediate delivery of digital resources and access to proprietary content, no refunds or cancellations are permitted.

7. Community Guidelines

By participating in the Strategic Plan Now™ Community, you agree to maintain professionalism and respect toward other members.
You may not:

Post self-promotional content or solicitations

Share confidential business information of others

Engage in harassment, hate speech, or unethical conduct

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in removal from the community without refund.

Community members may apply to become SPN Affiliate Partners to earn commissions on qualified referrals, subject to approval.
